Launching problem

After latest update I try to open fc 26 when I was disconnected internet to my laptop so the game didn’t open w send me message that after any updates I should open the game when w was connect to internet so I connected my laptop to internet and try to open the game but the game didn’t open and there is message that the laptop is offline also the laptop is online to internet so how can I solve this problem please ?
