league mode dissconnect issue

Dear EA Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious issue I am experiencing in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team, specifically in the newly released RTTF League mode.

Whenever I enter a match in this mode, the game disconnects immediately after the match begins. As a result, I am returned to Ultimate Team and the match is counted as a loss. Additionally, one attempt is deducted from my limited 14 matches, which is extremely frustrating.

Here are the details of the issue:

• Platform: PC (Laptop)
• Mode: Ultimate Team – RTTF League
• Issue: Immediate disconnection upon entering a match
• Result: Match recorded as a loss + attempt deducted
• Frequency: (Occurs repeatedly / almost every match)
• Internet Connection: Stable with no issues in other online games

This problem is making the mode unplayable and unfairly penalizing me despite no fault on my end. I request that this issue be investigated urgently. It would also be appreciated if lost attempts could be restored once the issue is resolved.
