Level 40 Season Pass Bug

I just completed the season pass and was excited to receive the Rogers and Tomori player cards. Upon completing it, I held down the “A” button (on Xbox) only to be given no option to choose Rogers or Tomori and was automatically given the packs which I absolutely did not want. I paid precious money and dedicated time solely for Rogers and Tomori, just for me to not even receive the option to choose them. I know I am not alone on this as upon discovering the bug, I searched it up and see many, many people expressing the same concern. I hope EA can fix this and give me (and everyone else) back the players we paid for.
