Loading screen stuck. game unable to open

I EA team,I am -insane_pritam an ea fc 26 player. I am unable to open my game because my game is getting stuck on loading page. I hope that  EA fc 26 team will solve this problem which players are facing. I hope that ea fc will solve this problem
