Missing rewards

Hi, I reported a problem with the Asia and Oceania objective. I claimed the rewards that were glitched and ended up not receiving many of the evos and packs. More importantly, I didn’t get the free Tim Cahill which means it is physically impossible for me to finish the objective due to him being extinct on the market as well. Is there any compensation for this?
