PS4 FC26: I can’t complete Venturing Out. Progression blocker.

Platform: PS4

Issue: Unable to unlock Transfer Market in Ultimate Team because the mandatory Venturing Out / Foundations Rush objective cannot be completed. I have an active PlayStation Plus subscription. Cross-play is enabled, and I have also tested multiple matchmaking setting combinations (cross-play on/off, region matchmaking on/off), restarted the game/console, and queued during peak hours. Rush will sometimes find teammates, but it never finds opponents, so I cannot complete the required Rush matches. Because this objective is mandatory for the Venturing Out Foundations group, I am permanently blocked from unlocking the Transfer Market through no fault of my own. Please escalate this as a progression blocker and either:1. manually review/unlock Transfer Market access for my account, or provide an alternate way to complete the objective requirement.

This is preventing access to a core Ultimate Team feature despite having the required online subscription and being otherwise able to access Ultimate Team.

    I'm experiencing the exact same issue.

    I'm playing EA SPORTS FC 26 on PS4 using the same PlayStation Network account and EA account that I've used for FIFA 18, FIFA 22, and FC 24.

    I only play offline Ultimate Team modes like Squad Battles, Moments, Objectives, and SBCs, so I do not subscribe to PlayStation Plus.

    I've already built a 91-rated Ultimate Team through offline play, but I cannot unlock the Transfer Market because the mandatory "Venturing Out" objective requires three Rush matches. Since Rush requires PlayStation Plus, I'm completely blocked from progressing through the Foundations objectives.

    This means I cannot access one of Ultimate Team's core features despite purchasing the game.

    Is this the intended design for offline players, or is there an alternative way to unlock the Transfer Market without requiring PlayStation Plus?

    I'd appreciate clarification from EA because there currently doesn't appear to be any path forward for players who only play offline.
