Locked out of FC26 “Banned” message but no penalty record

Hi everyone,

I’m having a really frustrating issue and haven’t been able to get any help through the normal support channels, so I’m posting here in hopes that an EA moderator can take a look.

For about two weeks now (since the end of early access), I’ve been unable to access any online features in FC26. Whenever I try to log in, the game sometimes shows a message saying that I’m banned, and it directs me to appeal through EA Help. However, my Penalty History shows no bans or suspensions whatsoever. Every time I try to submit a ban appeal or technical support case, it looks like it goes through, but it never appears under my open or closed cases. It really feels like my account is stuck in some kind of backend flag or sync error.

My EAID is nottififa.
Please, if possible, could an EA moderator review my account manually or forward this to the appropriate team? I can provide proof of purchase, screenshots, or any other details if needed.

Thanks in advance for any help, I just want to play the game I paid for. 🙏
