To reach them:
- Open this guide: How to enable two-factor authentication on your EA Account
- Scroll to the bottom and click 'Contact Us'
- The EANextStep bot chat window will then pop up and ask you a few questions to help create a support case for you. Those questions could look like this:
- Does this sound like your issue? 'Secure EA Account' = Yes/No
- Tell us about the issue you're having and we’ll help you get back in the game. = verification codes not working
- Which EA game are you playing? FC 26
- Which platform are you playing on? PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, etc.
- Is this what you need help with? 'Login issues' = Yes
- Try the following troubleshooting steps. If these don’t help, we’ll share this chat with an EA Advisor.:
- Steps: Do you have a platform account (e.g. PlayStation™Network, Xbox Live, Steam) linked to your EA account? = Yes/No
Once you've finished answering the questions from the EANextStep bot, it will generate a support case to connect you with an EA advisor.
