Could you please explain why I am loosing points when second player is leaving a match? It's common issue in ea FC sport since few years. Why match which I am winning does not count when second player is leaving while loosing?

When this issue occurs, are you seeing an error message of any kind?
Generally, if you are getting the loss, then it means that you are the only one having issues.
