Losing connection to my opponent even with good ping

Hello, over the past week I’ve not been able to play rivals,when I get an opponent,it displays their lineup then shows loss of connection to opponent and takes me back to the rivals menu. I’ve tried to play on my friends ps5 still the same issues occurred. I think it’s a bug on my account because some other online play modes are working.
