Ultimate team menus
Ultimate team menus aren’t loading, constantly crashing have to restart the game every 30 seconds - impossible to play

Hi there. Sorry you’re dealing with that. Can you share a few more details so we can narrow it down?
Which platform are you on, and does this only happen in Ultimate Team menus or also during matches? Does it happen in a specific section of UT, and are you seeing any error message before the game crashes? Also, when did this start, and have you already tried any troubleshooting such as restarting the game or console/PC?

Sorry to hear this is still happening. Since you're on PS5, could you let us know if the crashes only happen in the Ultimate Team menus, or do they also occur during matches?
Also, have you tried rebuilding the PS5 database and performing a cold restart of the console (turn it off completely for about 3 minutes before powering it back on)? Let us know if that makes any difference.
