Losing control of a player

Whenever I'm in a game, I can play with no problems, but then I just lose control of the player. They walk into one direction and do nothing. When I press pass or shot, I can see how it charges up, but nothing happens, I can't swap the player or do anything but watch the enemy play. After some seconds, I get the control back.
The game is unplayable like this, because you randomly lose control, this happened so many times while defending or in a 1 vs 1 attack and I lost so many games because of this. It happens a lot in a game.
any fixes?
