Can’t access the game and was lied to.

Load up the game after claiming the ea play 10 hour trial. “NEWS, Learn to play and UPGRADE”

3 options, not the full game. Contact ea support and was told by “HARISH” that this is normal and the game is limited to them 3 modes to see if I like the game. The only way to unlock the full game in the trial is to buy the game now apparently. Even so without buying it now am I expected to just sit there in the practice arena for 10 hours or fiddling with my settings ? 

Please tell me this is an error because I’m 99% sure that harish had no clue what he was talking about as everyone i know hasn’t actually bought the game and has access to the full game through the trial.
