Loss glitch

Hi 

So yesterday after patch i had some big issue from division rivals, i was in div 4 and im starting playing and when i was winning the match like 5-2, 7-3 or whatever was the score the game stopped and it said i forfeit the match and i got a lose and i think first okay maybe it was a bug or something but it was every match when i was winning so im sure it was the other player doing this glitch/hack i dont know what to call it and now im in div 5 bc i lose 5 match in a row like this when i was supposed to win so please can u check this glitch or something bc its so unplayable, also if they are doing this glitch in the weekend league also im gonna be soo mad. so im playing in playstation so pls check it thanks
