Lost connections

Every couple games my game disconnects and it says it’s because of the internet or the servers but it’s disconnecting only from the game, not from the party/discord and not from nothing that needs internet. Please fix this I’m losing games in rivals and tomorrow is the fut champions I can’t play like that
