Low FPS and Crashes

When I start FC 26 i got 60 fps in the home menu. The Moment i click on Ultimate Team my FPS drops to 5 and my GPU and CPU are on 100% all the time, even when i go back to the home menu where I had 60 FPS before. Sometimes when i open a pack my FPS recovers to 60 and my GPU and CPU isnt at 100% anymore somehow. Then the game is actually playable untill i start a rivals game and everything looks fine but it crashes after a couple of minutes. I tried it very often with different Settings but nothing works. My PC is strong enough to handle the game. Please help me
