LOW FPS
Hello EA Support,
I am contacting you regarding severe technical and performance issues with EA SPORTS FC 26 (Standard Edition) on PC.
Despite meeting the recommended system requirements (RTX 2050, i5-11400H, 16 GB RAM), the game runs extremely poorly. I experience constant stuttering, extremely low FPS, and GPU usage stuck at 99% even in menus, team selection, and matches. The game is completely unplayable regardless of graphics settings, including on low.
I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including:
- Changing graphics settings (Ultra, Medium, Low)
- Limiting FPS
- Updating and changing NVIDIA drivers
- Adjusting NVIDIA Control Panel settings
- Applying community-recommended fixes and restarting multiple times
Some of these steps only solve the issue temporarily, but the problem always returns. There is no stable or permanent solution. Each time I want to play, I have to spend hours trying to fix the game instead of actually enjoying it.
This issue appears to be a known technical bug affecting many PC players, especially laptops with RTX 20/30 series GPUs, and it has been reported since launch.
My total playtime (14 hours) only reflects attempts to troubleshoot and make the game work, not actual gameplay or enjoyment.
Epic Games Support reviewed my case but informed me that they cannot process the refund due to the playtime limit and advised me to contact EA Support to confirm the technical issue.
I am requesting confirmation that this is a known bug or that there is currently no stable fix, so my case can be properly reviewed.
