I have upgrade items in my store that I need to accept, but I can't claim the upgrade reward; it gives an error and kicks me out of the store. I can't open packs, and I want to top up my FIFA points, but I can't open packs.

Is the problem still ongoing? How can we find a solution?
These are Corrupted data stuck in your account unfortunately, and it’s on EA server side, unfortunately I’ve been in your situation and I’m still for two months, try to chat with the support team and ask them to find a solution or at least, and as far as i know, they have to escalate your case
