Sorry to hear this guys. I'm a manager career mode only player and it seems like no one even cares about this mode. If it's not ultimate team they don't care at all. Am about to report a brand new bug myself that's ruined my career mode as well. I have had the bugs you guys are getting as well, the best you can do now, is to use them in a PLAYER SWAP for another player. i find when they submit a transfer request all of sudden very few clubs come in for them and they leave on a free. So just my advice is to use them in player swap deals. Not a fix i know, but EA don't care as i'm about to find out myself.
