Manager Career mode

When loading up manager career mode on the ps5 there is no commentary when I play games and sometime the managers jacket isn't shown properly, the club logo is put on the left elbow and the texture of the jacket is all over the place, I have no idea why this is happening but could EA fix this problem.

    Im not sure if its the same problem I had last week but sometimes after half time or straight away into the game there'd be no commentary and no fans chanting. The way I'd get it back is go into settings mid way through the match, go to audio and press reset to default even though I had not changed anything.
