Manager Mode - Coach Market

I've seen the coach market issue among many players and it's astounding that it's not part of a patch. After simulating many weeks in game, shutting the game and the console, restarting, it's all the same managers. I can never get anyone new. Please fix this, it's clearly a common issue, even in previous iterations.
