Massive ping in game issues

I'm having problems with over 1000 ping I've spoke to EA support and was dismissed this year this game has been terrible for servers and gameplay the amount of times it's been changed in updates only for every update to make the game play worse the gameplay seems to have just settled but now I cannot get an online game without having 1000ping this is disgusting you pay for a game then you pay for in-game purchases on the game and still not even any support or help when there is server issues on their part aswell terrible game terrible customer service just a terrible experience and whole company now it seems if I was to rate my experience with fc26 it would be -10 /10
