Match Result Counted as Loss Due to Server Connection Error After Full-Time (PC)

Hello,
While playing FC 26 Champions on the PC platform, I encountered a recurring issue where matches that I clearly won were incorrectly recorded as losses. This has happened 4 times so far.
In each case, the match was completed normally and I won the game. However, after the final whistle, while exiting to the menu, I received a "server connection lost" error. As a result, the system counted the match as a loss instead of a win.
This issue is extremely frustrating, especially in Champions mode, as it directly affects my record and overall progress despite winning the matches fairly. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and review my recent Champions match history if possible.
