Mircostutter/Muddy gameplay

Hey Community, 

do you guys have the same Problem?  that the game has stuttering.

 i have every 5-10sec micro stuttering its annoying. Never had any problems on any other game

Ps: I play on PC 

Specs: 

Ryzen 7 9800

Geforce RTX 5070

64gb ram
