Missing almost all the season pass reward from last season after new season

With the arrival of the new season, I noticed that I did not receive or claim most of the rewards from the previous Season Pass. It appears that the unclaimed rewards have disappeared, and there was no clear warning or recovery option provided.

I have already contacted customer support, but I was informed that they are unable to access or review detailed data from previous seasons. This makes it impossible for me to verify what rewards were missed or to recover them through support.

This is quite frustrating, as I invested time and money into progressing through the Season Pass, but ended up losing nearly all the rewards without any resolution.

I would like to ask:

Is there any way to recover unclaimed Season Pass rewards from the previous season?

Can this issue be escalated to someone who has access to historical data?

Will there be any compensation or solution for players affected by this?

I believe this is an important issue that may affect other players as well, especially if rewards are permanently lost without proper notification.
