Missing Asia/Oceania rewards

Hello, I was playing Journey of Nations event in ultimate team and completed some of the objectives then claimed the rewards given, however, the rewards are not appearing in my club or store totally...

Hello everyone,

We just wanted to provide a quick update regarding the missing rewards:

We're aware some EA SPORTS FC™ 26 players might not have received all intended rewards from the Journey of Nations Asia and Oceania Objectives.

EDIT: Impacted players have received a message in-game and the correct Objective rewards.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to report a possible issue in FC 26.

I completed the Asia/Oceania objective, but I did not receive the Ultimate Team coin rewards or the player rewards that were supposed to be awarded after completion.

I also noticed another issue regarding Tim Cahill. He appears to be unavailable, as he is not included in the rewards and I have also been unable to find him on the transfer market.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

It would be great if EA could investigate whether there is a problem with the Asia/Oceania reward distribution and whether Tim Cahill is currently unavailable due to a bug.
