Missing content compensation

I have been in contact with ea chat three times today and have still not recieved the compensation in regards to the 1 of 3 87+ encore icon pick. I done all three icon picks when content was dropped but today when ea posted on twitter that compensation was given I didn’t get anything , the latest ea adviser on the chat told me to post here , please don’t let me down , I have spent 500 euro alone this weekend and not even packed one team of the year and then to find out today I didn’t get the compensation, please get in contact to sort this out.
