I've had the same issue, reported it twice and heard nothing from them. The level of incompetence a big company like this gets away with is a joke. It's the weekend and I can't even play a game I bought for over £50. Instead of working hard to get this fixed and informing everyone that issue will be resolved soon they are sat doing nothing because the game is already bought and the money has already gone to their pockets, they don't care about the customer experience and if they can play or not, or if they enjoy the game. Cash-grabbing company, It's the last time I'll be buying any game on the EA app. Pathetic!
Yes, you’re right. I contacted support the first time and received a reply that did not help at all. Today I wrote twice again, and I’m really frustrated — the inability to properly help customers is unbelievable.
