Missing Event Tokens from 87 and 88 OVR Token Swap SBCs - EA FC 26

Hello EA Support Team,

I am writing to report an issue regarding missing event tokens in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team.

I recently completed two different Token Swap Squad Building Challenges (SBCs): the 87 OVR Exchange SBC and the 88 OVR Exchange SBC, which are supposed to grant Event Tokens for the Token Store. 

Although the players were successfully submitted and deducted from my club inventory, the corresponding event tokens were never credited to my account balance in the Store. My token balance is still showing incorrectly, and I didn't receive the rewards.

Could you please investigate my account history, verify the completion of these SBCs, and grant the missing event tokens to my profile?
