missing fc points
I bought 1600 fc points on oct 17 through fc companion, this is not the first time and it has worked many times before. but this time it took the money and i have the invoice from apple and the bank but till this day no fifa points in my accout i checked both the mobile app and my ea fc 26 on pc. Nothing. i already opened a case but no one responded to me. here is the number for any ea employees: 225744184.
