Missing game content

Hi guys everytime I launch fifa it says I need to upgrade to full game but I already have the game is anyone else having this problem?

Hi there, and thanks for joining our forums mhp13​.  It sounds like the trial/showcase version might be causing the issue. Have you already uninstalled any trial/showcase version from your console before installing the full game?

Also, please double-check you’re signed in on the main account and then try launching it again.
