Unplayable events

Facing the unplayable game modes , actually in capped legends events after completing chapter 2 the next day the game mode are unplayable in this events in both the chapters and this is not the first time in previous events there is also the same issue after I collect rewards the game event matches are unavailable to play , please resolve this as soon as possible...
