Missing ICON Pre-Order Content – EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Edition (PC)

Hi there, I am having the same issue and have opened about 5 cases with EA and they are not helpful at all keep giving me the same reply to follow certain steps which I have done many time now and my Icon is still not showing, this is heartbreaking as so many people get benefits from bugs and glitches and instead we don't get given what we deserve. Absolute joke of a company!!!!!
