Missing players

You don't give me any solution I open this link with no help what's am gonna do I need help EA_Barry​ 

Who will put Morgan card in sbc,my players were submitted into SBC without my action I need help please EA_Barry​ 

I send to Ea Help ctr lots of time, but the answer was yr transfer is processing and on hold, but I direct buy at market , helper only said sent to game team , nothing to do, only can wait for Ea to solve this problem , I think it is difficult to get the player, I used 10600000 fc coins to bought TOTY Mbappe , coins was deducted , but I can't get the player, very disappointed !

It says clearly on the link if you have submitted a player into an sbc they can’t be recovered but the game decided to take my player and put it into the sbc

Same thing has happened to me on the x box s

My evo Rashford and pavard what I noticed has disappeared from my club, 

not sure if other players have disappeared, this is through completing daily sbc 

When I complete gold upgrades and submit my gold players, it’s submitting my evo players instead, I need my players returned asap 

somebody needs to respond with an update this has been happening for a while

i noticed somebody has the same issue with a gold Messi which submitted their evo Messi instead and it’s exactly the same issue everybody is having. 
you said you couldn’t help and kind of bluntly shut him down and said as it was already submitted nothing can be done.
This is completely wrong and unethical, the issue is on your end. We have put in hours of time and money into these evo players.
When we complete an sbc we are doing everything right putting the gold card in the sbc, if the game decides to take your evo player instead of the gold player it’s an error on your end. 
I will keep fighting to get my players back as I have put time and money into completing the evo players, there’s no way I would of submitted my evo Rashford and pavard after putting hours and money into them.  
Am expecting a reply asap as this is unacceptable and needs addressing asap
