Missing points and packs
Logged in for the first time and had the season pass from pre order that I did well before the deadline for the icon pack. Unfortunately I do not have either the icon pack nor the fifa points and I don’t know what to do

Ea I got the ultimate team and I still didn’t got the ea fc points
Good Morning
I have an issue about my acount on Ea Fc 26. My xbox name is RapperKubus5623.The problem is that I did nor get my fifa points and my icon pack what i should be getting. I did order on the last day of the deadline the pre order version for 38k of forint so thats the pee order one. And I check my payments and it did write that I order on the last day
So I would like to have My Fifa points and my pack sooner as posibble.Thanks ans I hope you will help me
I got early access and haven’t received my icon pack and 4000 fifa points only been given 2000 fifa points will we get it or?
i got 0 fc points and i bought the ult version my friend got it but i did not get any
