Missing pre order rewards

I have seen a couple of discussion tagged as solved by EA because the ICON reward from pre sale was meant to drop on the 26th of september when the game updated and was released. Well, still no rewards, so... I have repaired the game on my pc through the EA app, because that's where I bought it. I have logged out and in back again and even opened the companion, and still nothing! Is there any fix, this whole situation is making the gameplay experience very bad.
Luckily the path to pro bug is fixed.
