Missing rewards in UT

I collected all the possible SP in my UT and reached level 30. I was supposed to receive the iconic card of Xabi Alonso along with a pack of 6 players rated 90+, and the Iniesta card (I have the Premium Pass) along with a pack of 5 players rated 90+. However, I only received the two player cards (Iniesta and Xabi Alonso) — the packs never showed up. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
