Missing Rivals Rewards
Started a game before the rivals reset (it was my last one for rewards) and it ended two minutes after reset but my rewards are nowhere to be found.

I had the same issue on PS5, and the customer service was frustrating, they kept saying they cant do anything. I worked hard to get to division 3 and finally got there after months of falling short...only for me to go open up my rivals rewards this morning and they give me beginner division 4 awards and say there is a reset. i worked hard for literally nothing. my case # is 239874294 and still no resolution. EA at least give us FC points or packs as compensation instead of us feeling cheated.
