Game crashing randomly through clubs games

My friend keeps crashing when playing league matches in clubs and it's been goijg on for a while. He done everything he could possible of done like cleaning his xbox, restring his game, uninstall and reinstalled his game ect. If their is any other way we could stop this from happening this would help us alot.
