Missing rivals rewards

I made it to division 3 in rivals this week a couple days before this season 6 reset.  this was a hard fought battle to get out of the sweaty div 4.  When I went to open my rewards this morning i was rewarded with beginner stage of DIVISION 4 rewards. 11k coins instead of the deserved 25k and way less packs. I got basically no decent fodder and what I was working towards.  EA customer service offered no real solution or compensation which leaves me stunned.  my case # is 239874294 please help.
