Missing rivals rewards

Question

I made it to division 3 in rivals this week a couple days before this season 6 reset.&nbsp; this was a hard fought battle to get out of the sweaty div 4.&nbsp; When I went to open my rewards this morning i was rewarded with beginner stage of DIVISION 4 rewards. 11k coins instead of the deserved 25k and way less packs. I got basically no decent fodder and what I was working towards.&nbsp; EA customer service offered no real solution or compensation which leaves me stunned.&nbsp; my case # is 239874294 please help.&nbsp;

Same exact thing happened to me... Same division and all. even got the same 11k .

same happened to me. I lost 300 futtie tokens because the game doesn't notify when you enter Rivals, it just gives you the reward without saying you could not be receiving everything.

I spend hours on rivals yesterday for this reward and only got half of it because EA simply cannot notify and let you confirm to receive it or not.

I’m div 3 and was meant to get 500 futties tokens instead I got 180 😂😂😡 grinded blood sweat and tears last night to get 24 points&nbsp;
