Missing Season Pass Rewards (Season 8)

I’m missing all of my Season Pass rewards from Season 8 in EA SPORTS FC; I completed all the levels before Season 8 ended, but I didn’t manually claim the rewards because they are usually auto-claimed when a new season begins. After Season 9 started none of my Season 8 rewards were added to my account. I've restarted the game and checked my packs and club, but the rewards are still missing. Could someone please investigate and restore the Season 8 rewards to my account?
