In the previous FC season premium pass, didn’t get the premium awards, it’s not in my ultimate team or anywhere else, I have checked multiple times. , I have completed the whole FC season, I don’t know where my rewards are, and I know I didn’t receive it.
Same, there is a 94 rated FOF David Raya which it says I have, however, the card is nowhere to be seen!

Same issue starting level 4 I can’t claim any of the premium rewards even though I was able to claim the “standard” rewards. Please EA fix this very annoying issue!!
