Missing season pass

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition of FC 26 but I have not received the season pass yet. Almost one month and no fix. Every solution I find here is not helping at all and dont see the point grinding the game if I dont receive what I payed for. I received the other pre-order bonus, but not the pass.
