It says on the actual game itself I have won 14 games and had 4 losses meaning I have played 18 games however it also says I’ve played all my games and can no longer proceed on the tournament meaning I have missed out on getting 15 wins and getting all the rewards&nbsp;

I have exact same issue at the same record with same amount of games remaining 14-4 should have 2 games left and says no games remaining
