MISSING ULTIMATE EDITION PRE ORDER CONTENT

After pre ordering the Ultimate edition a couple weeks before release, I am still missing my fifa points! I received the season pass but STILL NO POINTS. Feel like I’ve been robbed, was apprehensive about spending £100 on the game as it was but I thought “Hey it’s worth it for the extra fifa points” but no, still no points and still no resolution from EA Help. 

Their FAQ even states that they should provide support for missing content. However after 10+ live chats, I’ve got absolutely no where and get told something different every time. Are EA even aware of this issue, and what are they going to do to resolve it? I feel totally mugged off, and it has completely ruined the FC26 experience for me. 

How many more external agents from India am I going to have to speak to until i actually get an update??
