Missing Ultimate Scream Benzema Reward

Hello EA Support

I completed the challenge and received the Ultimate Scream Benzema (Untradeable) reward. The game showed “Reward Received” (screenshot attached), but the card never appeared in my club.

I checked my club, unassigned items, duplicate storage, and also logged into the Web App and Companion App — it’s not showing anywhere.

Please help me recover this missing reward.
