My account is blocked and suspended more than two weeks

My account has been suspended and banned for over two weeks. Will this ban ever be lifted? I send a message to EA customer service every day, and they tell me to fix the problem. They tell me the ban issue is resolved and to follow the steps, which I do, but the ban is still there and the game won't open. Honestly, I need a solution to this ban because I've come to hate FC Mobile 26 and I don't intend to play it again. After all the effort, hard work, sleepless nights, and playing for more than 12 hours a day, my account gets banned, and I don't know why. Please help me fix this.
