My account is disabled! Help!
My account is disabled, but when they asked to check my penalty history it says I have no history or violation. What to do?
Hello! I'm very sorry to say, we can't help with disabled accounts over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute so that ToS can review the sanction. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thanks!
