My case has not been explicitly rejected. As shown in the attached email screenshot, I was told to wait for the verification results, but I haven’t received any reply or update for over ten days. I would like to seek help on the forum! 🙏Current Case Number:#229846609

Thank you for your help and replies! However, my case is still ongoing, and I’ve tried many methods, but I can’t create a new case or get through to a human customer service representative. I’ve even tried logging in as a guest, but I still can’t send anything.I’ve had no choice but to seek help on the forum.

The picture attached is the issue I'm having with EA Help. I can't proceed with my case and am unable to reach a live agent. My case has been pending for 15 days with no one assisting or replying to me.
